Mark Cloete is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of Urban Living Homes, specializing in high-quality housing developments. With 30 years of commercial experience, he has a sharp eye for identifying and executing profitable opportunities.
Since its launch in 2018, Urban Living Homes has become a notable player in the market, completing projects such as Solaris Crest (340 units) and Riverviews (138 units). The company is now working on Hepburn, its latest development, which has already attracted strong interest from buyers. Under Mark’s leadership, Urban Living Homes continues to grow and make a lasting impact in the housing industry.

Director
Mark has more than 30 years commercial experience as a Director and Entrepreneur.He has gained his knowledge of affordable housing construction as the founder and operations managing Director of Solaris Crest Property Pty Ltd.
Depallier Gerber
CA SA Financial Manager
Depallier is a highly knowledgeable Chartered Accountant who has an additional qualification of H Dip Tax Law and 30+ years of professional experience.
Kevin Cloete:
Operations Manager
Kevin has 30 years’ experience as an operations manager in a variety of industries, including property. Kevin plays a pivotal role in getting Urban Living Home's property developments off the ground and continues to manage our sales and rental programs with a strong focus on efficiency and performance.
Robyn Gorgulho
Marketing Manager
Robyn is responsible for the brand creation and the launch of each development phase. Robyn manages numerous external graphic designers and digital marketers to bring her vision of the brand to life.
Andre Wilhelm Bain
Quantity Surveyor
Andre is the quantity surveyor for all Urban Living Homes projects.André has extensive experience in a wide spectrum of projects ranging from hospitals, hotels, apartments, township developments to schools.

With nearly two decades of leadership and customer service experience, Eben brings a results-driven, people-focused approach to real estate. His extensive background in managing teams, streamlining operations, and building client trust allows him to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with clarity and confidence.
Ashleigh Cloete
Funding administrator and HR manager
Ashleigh brings eight years of diverse HR experience across both the construction sector and corporate environments. She leads all HR initiatives and excels in streamlining business processes.
In addition to her HR role, Ashleigh is instrumental in exploring new business opportunities, managing the groundwork and administrative tasks necessary to secure business funding, as well as liaising with and managing relationships with funders. Her contribution in these areas plays an important role in supporting the ongoing growth and success of Urban Living Homes.
