MARK CLOETE
Mark Cloete is a highly experienced entrepreneur and the founder of Urban Living Homes, a company that specializes in developing high-quality housing units. With 30 years of commercial experience under his belt, Mark has a keen eye for identifying profitable business opportunities and bringing them to fruition.
Since its inception in 2018, Urban Living Homes has established itself as a critical player in the housing market. In just four years, the company has successfully completed Solaris Crest, a development comprising 340 units.
Currently, Urban Living Homes is working on Riverviews, a development consisting of 138 units. This project is currently under construction and has already generated significant interest from prospective buyers. With Mark at the helm, it is clear that Urban Living Homes is well positioned to continue its success and make a lasting impact in the housing industry.

Mark has more than 30 years commercial experience as a Director and Entrepreneur.He has gained his knowledge of affordable housing construction as the founder and operations managing Director of Solaris Crest Property Pty Ltd.
Depallier Gerber: CA SA Financial Manager
Depallier is a highly knowledgeable Chartered Accountant who has an additional qualification of H Dip Tax Law and 30+ years of professional experience.
Kevin Cloete: Operations Manager
Kevin has 30 years’ experience as an operations manager in a variety of industries, including property.
Robyn Gorgulho: Marketing Manager
Robyn is responsible for the brand creation and the launch of each development phase. Robyn manages numerous external graphic designers and digital marketers to bring her vision of the brand to life.
Andre Wilhelm Bain: Quantity Surveyor
Andre is the quantity surveyor for all Urban Living Homes projects.André has extensive experience in a wide spectrum of projects ranging from hospitals, hotels, apartments, township developments to schools.
